I printed onto glossy photo card. I punched a silver mirri card mat then threaded with white & silver ribbons which I tied in bows at each corner.
I added the topper using DST then mounted onto pale pink then onto a white card blank using DST.
I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with the matching insert.
