Pussy Cat Over the Edge Card TopperCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I attached design Vintage Backing Paper Brown, cUp 298778_703 to the right side of the front of the card using double sided tape.

I added the design to the left side of the front of the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added some glitter to the bell on the pussy cat?s collar to complete the lovely card.
