I PRINTED THIS TOPPER ON TO WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT EVERYTHING OUT AND USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. I THEN CUT A BLANK CARD TO FIT THE TOPPER. I GLUED A BACKGROUND ON THAT. THEN I GLUED THE TOPPER ON TOP OF THAT.
I USED COPPER METALLIC PAPER TO MAT EVERYTHING.

I printed and cut out the sheet, then added the base onto a 8 x 8 card with DST.
I then cut off the excess card and added the other elements on with foam pads, added a little glitter to finish off this stunning card that any cat lover would love !!
