Mystic Megan the Moon Cat - Plate Card - Toppers & TagsCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. The background paper is watercolour burst blue vellum, cUp 99809_117. I attached the background paper to the card using double sided tape.

I then attached the design to the card also using double sided tape. I attached one of the small tags to the card using thin foam tape. I also added some glitter to the gem in the centre of the cats forehead.
