Looking Majestic Cat in Swirly Frame Oval Topper

This beautiful oval shaped topper I have designed with an image of my friend Angie's cat who is looking so majestic!

I placed the image in my swirly frame design and finished with a very thin background oval layer.

On the sheet I have included one ready greeting with "Happy Birthday" text and another blank label where you can write your own greeting.

I have also included my gold "Wavy Swirls" metallic ribbon design and my fancy bow with swirls which you can add to your card for decorating it if you wish. This topper is very easy to cut and I am sure it will be loved by anybody who is a cat lover!
