I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached two of the tags to the card using thin foam tape.

I attached a gold peel off greeting and some stars to complete the lovely card.
