Cheeky Cat TopperCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base at the top of a C5 pink card, i then added the designs border, this i placed accross the bottom of the design adding the pink bow to the right of the border, to finish i placed a happy birthday sentiment to the left of the bow, this is a wonderful design which would suit almost any ocassion, was very easy to cut and make up, and is stunning when done.
