I love this design and wanted to make it the focal point of my cards so I tried to come up with a number of different ways to do this (see Toppers 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 10 for my other ideas).

This card is basically the reverse of Topper 7 - in fact if you printed 4 copies (you need 2 base cards) of a design you could make both versions using the leftovers of one to make the other.

For this card I printed the design on matte photo paper 3 times. I flat stuck the 1st copy to my base card. From the 2nd copy I cut a square containing the cat's face. (I kept the top edge in the layers but you don't have to), cut a larger square from the 3rd copy.

Using a black marker go around all the edges, including the base card. Taking care to line up the design each time, add the layers on foam squares.
