Firstly I printed the image onto photograph paper and cut out. Then using 1mm foam pads I decoupaged the layers. Using double sided tape I attached this to a backing paper and again to a further backing paper to create the layered effect.

Then, using double sided tape I attached this to a standard A5 card. To decorate I attached self adhesive ribbon and bows. Then to finish using 2mm foam tape I attached the wording banner.
