Artistic Cat Large Square Topper 7Completed by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo paper. Cut out the elements, and using DST I attached the Topper to a White 8 inch white scallop edged card.
I stuck the sentiment to card using DST. To finish I put some crystal glitter into the middle of every flower.
This is a great design and makes into an interesting card.
