I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I cut out an aperture on some backing paper from my craft box and placed this over one of the designs.

I added a gold peel off border to the aperture. I then attached this to the card using double sided tape. I added a gold peel off greeting to complete the card.
