21st Birthday Champagne Bottle, Glasses & Bubbles
This fab 21st birthday topper features a champagne bottle and two glasses, all adorned with blue bows. The background has champagne bubbles on it.

Printed onto lightweight paper. Cut out, attached to cardstock with ds tape and foam squares. Layered with handmade paper with golden thread. Embellished with stickles glitter glue and gold peel off stickers for corners and border
I printed onto good quality photo paper and I cut out the elements. I used an A4 sheet of blue holographic card scored and folded in half to make an A5 card. I then matted using silver glitter card and then adhered the main topper using double sided tape.
I then decoupaged the elements using glue gel and added blue glitter to the ribbon and finished off using co-ordinating gemstones.
