Elephant Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Gwyneth George
I printed the sheet out onto 300gsm Super Smooth white cardstock and cut out the pieces. I also printed out a panel from kit cup349408_1749 onto 120gsm, good quality white paper. From this I cut a square panel of around 5.5" square and punched the corners with a decorative punch.
I went round the outside edge using a Chestnut coloured ProMarker. I took a 6" square, scalloped edge, white base card from my crafting stash, coloured a little near each corner where the decorative corner would show it through, and stuck on the background panel using finger-lift tape.
I also used finger-lift tape to attach the base image layer.
I then used 1mm deep, double sided, foam tape to attach three of the other layers to the card. I've not put on a greeting yet as I don't know what language the card will be needed in.
