I printed the sheet onto smooth white card then cut out all the elements,I added the base design to a blank scalloped card,trimmed the side with brown ribbon,gold peel off and a heart button I added a double bow to the tag and finished with a gold peel off sentiment.

Very appealing quick and easy card to make suitable for various occasions.
