Vintage 'toile' BlueCompleted by Audrey Wilson

I printed this lovely design onto smooth white card,then cut out all the elements,I then took a square scalloped card and added the base design,I built the decoupage with foam pads,,to finish I added white paper lace and blue gemstones to the side,and a greeting to the tag,lovely shabby chic design.
