Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
For this card I chose Happy Anniversary but it could be made as a Happy Birthday Card too.
There is a matching insert (cup794707_846) which I placed inside to finish the card.
