Steampunk Style Bird Cage Topper

Printed on 135 gsm paper, i cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, i then mounted the image onto the card using dst and added a gold peel off border.
This is a great male design.
I printed out this goregous sheet onto a silky -feel cardstock and cut out the elements. I mounted the decourpage with foam tape and added the "On Your Retirement" sentiment tag with DST.
I adhered the base topper onto an 8 x 8 Crafty Bob's white scalloped edge card base and added some Liquid Pearl dots for embellishing.
I used both gold and Copper following the exisitng design - adding the dots to bring out certain features. Hope you like it - check out some of the wonderful free verses that would be suitable to add inside yours.
