I printed two copies of this file and stuck one of the base cards on to card stock. I cur the scalloped centre out from the second printing and stuck that on the card with sticky tabs. I cut out the tiny squares and made teabag folds.
I stuck a gold circle on the centre of the card and arranged the teabags on to that. I added a "Happy Birthday" message on to the card.
