Happy 21st Bubbly & Limo 8x8Completed by Margaret Dittmann

I printed this on good quality matte double sided photo paper. I used black coloured card topped with mustard coloured card as the background, adhered with mounting squares. For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares and 1mm for the remaining layers.

Finished off with silver trim a and little stickles glitter.
