I printed the sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out the elements. I used a white 8x8 card blank and adhered the topper using double sided tape. I decoupaged the scallop corners using silicone glue and finished off with co-ordinating dew drop gems.
A quick, easy but effective card to make.
