I made this without the background as I cut out the cupcake without thinking!!!!
I printed onto 135gsm photo paper and cut out the elements. I used a 250gsm white card blank and used a combiination of photo glue and double sided sticky pads. I used silicone glue to attach the flag to make it look as if it is blowing in the wind.
I added a Happy Birthday peel off to the top right hand corner.
