I printed the sheet at a reduced size onto lightweight card and cut out the elements. I used DST to attach the base image to the front of a square silver card leaving 1cm border. I added the scallop corners using glue gel.

I used a sparkle pen on the 'paper clip' and to outline the red stars, and a black sparkle pen on the dots on the stars.

Finally I added several silver peel-offs - star, balloons etc - to the border. This is a very useful design, being suitable for many ages.
