I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a very pale mauve mat and then onto a white card.
I assembled the elements with foam pads, and added some silver edging. Great design, really cute.
I printed the sheet slightly smaller onto Crafty Bobs matte paper,attached gathered organza ribbon to the back of the topper and mounted onto an 8x8 card blank along with a mat of matching paper.I used glue gel for the decoupage,embellished with a few pearls and finished with the '1 Today' sentiment from another of Julies kit's.A super sweet design that is just perfect for any little (or big!) girls birthday.
