Valentine Rose TopperCompleted by Joan Prince

I printed this sheet twice onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added just the roses and sentiment panel from the 2nd copy using foam pads.

I placed the sentiments inside the cello bag for use at a later date. The insert will read With Love & Best Wishes.
