I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card. I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper.
I have added a gorgeous sentiment that would be suitable for so many different occassions including birthdays, anniversay, valentines day etc.

Printed onto lightweight card then mounted onto lilac shimmer 8 x 8 card with rounded corners using DST. Assembled decoupage using 2mm foam pads. Another glorious design by Ann Marie.
