I printed this sheet onto photo paper, and roughly cut out the card shape, properly cutting out the panel. I spray glued the card shape onto card, then cut it out. I drew around the shape onto more card, and cut it out to make the back of the card.

I scored a panel down the left side of the card back, and stuck this to the front, lining everything up.

I then added the panel with 1mm foam pads It is pictured with the matching envelope cup669593_10.
