Love at First Sight Card TopperCompleted by Susan Heanes

I matted the base layer onto Gold, Embossed card with d/s tape and the this was layered onto a White card base.

The decoupage was added with foam pads. To finish I added coloured gems and the Matching insert inside. Such a very pretty design and card for Valentines day.
