I printed sheet on glossy photo paper, cut out main picture and attached it to an 8 x 8 pearl card blank with dst.
I cut out the flowers and using silicone glue added them to the topper.
I put gemstones around the frilled edge of the topper and finished off with some glitter to the centre of the flowers
