Printed onto Photo Paper. After cutting out the elements, I used DST to attach topper to an 8 inch white card. I used foam pads to build the Decoupage. I put gold glitter around the edges of hearts on the corners and gold glitter on the heart on the cup.

A great kit, easy to make up and looks good.
