I printed this design onto Quality Photo paper. I cut out both pieces. I attached the main card to a cream sheen card using double sided tape. Using foam tape i attached the decoupage piece onto the card. I used sparkly crystals on the scalloped edges of the card.

I like making these cards, they are quick to make and are very effective.
