Enchanted Fan Shoes 8x8 Card Topper 2Completed by Sam Turner
OccasionThinking of You / Thinking Of You
I printed the Topper onto white card. After cutting out the background, I mounted it on Royal Blue card stock and then cut out the embellishments. Using foam pads, I layered the roses, stuck the diamond hearts on the shoes and added the 'Happy Birthday' sentiment.
