Deep Red Roses Black Happy Birthday 8in Decoupage TopperCompleted by Marion Evans
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
These deep red roses on black are gorgeous made up, Ann-marie. I chose to make the background the deep red, then my base CS is the gold.
I proceeded to cut out all of the 3d pieces, raised them with pop-dots and added a touch of glitter to the roses - lovely card.
