I printed this sheet, using the two per page setting on my printer, so I could add dimension and also make the card more petite.

I cut out the base topper from one sheet and on the second, cut around cupid and the hearts.

I then adhered the base topper onto a black pearlescent card base with DST and mounted cupid with foam tape.

Adding silver 3D metallic Kindy Glitz to the dots on the corner designs and the "With Love"silver peel-off and hearts.

Finishing it off by adding two of the darker hearts to the top LH corner, one I adhered with DST and the other with foam tape.
