Topper Lady with HatCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Photo Paper and used DST to attach the Topper to a Blue textured card. Used foam pads to attach the sentiment. I stuck a crystal gem onto earring. This is an elegant design . I also used white decorative stick on edging around the edge of Topper.

Great card to make.
