I printed the sheet at a slightly reduced size - twice, so that I could decoupage the figures. I cut out all the required pieces. I made a border for the topper from glitter card and ribbon and attached to an 8" card with DST.
I added the decoupaged figure with 2mm foam pads and the rest and sentiment with 1mm foam pads. I finished with a bow to match the ribbon. This is a lovely, cute design suitable for so many occasions!

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added a lace bow and pearls to embellish. A very pretty design, so quick and easy to do if you need a card in a hurry!
