Red Black Dotty Made to Measure Fashion Decoupage 8in Topper
I have designed this topper as a 8in topper to make a fantastic card front complete with decoupage.
Easy to use, simply cut out the main image and attach to a card front and then cut out the decoupage pieces and using 3D foam or silicone add them to the image.
A great topper and so useful for ladies of any age and good for many different occasions.

I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to white card, then on to a 13.5cms black card. Layered all elements, adding lace to the hem of the dress. Added a lace bow and pearls to embellish.
A very pretty design to suit a variety of occasions. NB: If you purchase this card, price is for a 13.5cms card.
I printed onto good quality matte photo paper at a smaller size and mounted onto a scalloped 6x6 card blank.I used glue gel to decoupage the dress and flowers and simply embellished with a dotty organza bow and some black crystals. This sassy design makes a quick but fabulous card...love it!
