This sheet is absolutely stunning and needed very little embellishment.
I printed and cut out the sheet, mounted the decourpage items with foam tape, added the Happy Birthday sentiment tag (which I had adhered with DST to the other tag and skewed to add dimension) before mounting with foam tape in the LH corner.
I added some peach coloured pearls (large) to the gold frame and three smaller ones to the lady's hat. I then adhered the base topper onto an 8 X 8 Ivory Crafty Bob's card base. Just gorgeous!!!
I printet the sheet on a good quality of photopaper. Cut out the parts and layered with foam pads. I finished the card with some coordinate half pearls.
