I printed onto matt card and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main body of the image to a prepared card and added the 3D elements with foam squares.

I then added pearls to the flower centres and to the body of the card.

To the figure I added crystals to the hat and body of the dress and finished off with blue glitter.
