Electric Blue

The sheet was printed, twice, on to photo paper. The main image was attached to white card, silver peel off was used for the borders. Using the 2nd printed I layered the show, bow and flowers.

I printed the sheets onto high quality card paper. I cut out all the elements. Using foam pads, I attached the decoupages to the card.Then, I glued the card and the insert onto colored card stock.
