Bicycle Female Card Front Completed by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo paper. I used DST to attach the Topper to a White card. using foam pads I added the Decoupage. I put dabs of crystal glitter on the flowers. This is a brilliant design, very quick and easy to make up, when you need a pretty card.
