Beautiful Edwardian BlueCompleted by Deborah Sweet

I printed the sheet on to lightweight card and cut out the topper and decoupage. I covered the front of an 8x8 inch card with blue pearlescent and ivory pearlescent paper, then mounted the topper all using DST.

I added the decoupage with 2mm foam pads.

A very elegant and pretty design - and quick to make!
