8x8 Vintage Lady with Diamonds and RosesCompleted by Giselle Topper

I printed the sheet onto smooth white cardstock and then cut out all the decourpage elements. I mounted them with foam tape, then adhered the base topper on an 8 x8 Crafty Bob's white card base.

I added the silver "Happy Birthday" peel-off and a couple of punched hearts layered to add dimension. With a few cluster dots around the rose bouquet in red Liquid Pearls, and Dimemsional Magic on the key, it has come up a treat.

I finished the card off with the matching insert and added the smaller tag to the rear of the card.
