Printed onto Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. I used DST to attach the Topper to a white patterned

card. Using foam pads I layered the Decoupage. I stuck the Happy Birthday sentiment to the top of card. I used Gold stick on strips, around the edge of the topper. This is an Interesting design, and fun to make up with the layering.
