Vtea Birdcage Another Year Older 8in Scallop TopperCompleted by Darlene Handorff

I printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out the design and the decoupage. I used an 8? CUP card which I covered with a brown and and colored polka dots.

I backed the main pattern piece with a turquoise card stock and cut around that to match the scallop in the original and ran a line of gold around it to match the pattern.

I added some color around the edge and some scrapbook stickers. I used the left over pieces for art.
