I printed onto cardstock, which muted the colors some and gives it a more vintage feel, but would be great printed on photo paper.

I glued the smaller decoupage pieces directly onto the main image, and used silicone glue to add the rose center to give added depth.

The sentiment was attached using foam dots. I attached the finished topper to the complimentary colored card blank using double sided tape. But before doing that I sprayed the topper using pearlized glimmer mist.
