Tranquil Waters with English RoseCompleted by Gail Pennycuick

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I layered it onto a white textured square card and used lavender peel-offs to create a border. I used a gold peel-off sentiment on the blank panel and added some blue gems to finish.

This lovely scene could be used for a number of different occasions.
