Many Happy Returns
I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card. I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper. I have added a gorgeous birthday sentiment.

A really stunning card! I printed it out on to CUP paper.I mounted the base image on to an 8x8 card blank.I then added the decoupage corners with foam pads.I finished by adding card candi.
