Teal Orchid Celebrate in Style 8in Decoupage TopperCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the eleents, i placed the main design base onto the front of a white 8x8 card, i then made up the design, which i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful design which could be used for any celebration, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
