I printed this on to bright white photo paper and cut out the two pieces. I fixed the main design on to a cream scalloped card with dst and the topper with sticky pads.
I added a teal ribbon rose under the sentiment and finished off by adding gold dots around scallops. A very pretty card and so very easy to make
