Summer at the Bird House Card Topper + Ass. GreetingsCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out 2 of the sheets onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.

I matted the base image onto a wide frame of embossed card then i matted that onto blue holo card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper made from an insert.

I matted the panel onto green holo card then used foam pads to decoupage it to the base image. I used Star Dust & Eucalyptus Stickles to add some sparkle. I embellished with a die cut swirl to the bottom right corner.
